I'm not sure this was an upset. WoCo has decent athletes and are coached well. (Cliche, I'm sorry!)
I am not surprised that Worth County was able to beat Mercer, but it was an upset. Worth County has been wildly inconsistent this year. That is why they were a .500 team in the regular season. They are averaging 5 fewer points a game than they are allowing. That is not consistent with teams that make it to district championships.
Craziest thing last night was the statements made by Slater and Meadville I think! I expected those to be barn burners. Of course, now they play each other.

Yeah both Slater and Meadville took off early and defended well throughout their games. Saturday is going to be a good one.
Mound City wins by 20 in d15 and Winston blows past Wellington Napoleon in d13 in northwest Missouri hoops.
Slater wins by 2 with buzzer beater after down 11 in the 4th
Jamestown Eagles over Chamois. Back to Back district Champs for the Eagles!
Lots of upsets. Under .500 wellsville gets into the sectional round, Chadwick over halfway. My Nemo bracket is busted..but I did pick Slater. Swmo went as planned. NWMO pattonsburg was my only miss.
