So far I know about the following:

LeBlond
Putnam County
St. Joseph Christian
St. Paul Lutheran
This is why the Playoff Challenge isn't happening. NO way to tell day to day let alone week to week how this is going to roll.............

What’s worse is it’s 2 teams so if the losing team had one player Test positive it can effect the winning team the next round

On a side note Hoops really needs to change their handle. Everytime my old eyes see his post I think I’ve stumbled onto the basketball page on accident.

All I know is parents will want to keep their mouths shut, or their kids will suffer the wrath of the school. I'm really surprised the MSHSSA went forward with the playoffs. We all said this early on in the process with regards to one and done and no chance for makeups in the timeframes needed. Imagine if it is a favorite that gets sidelined because of a team they played the week before.

Did you make the trip to Windsor last Friday?
I didn't. I know the score, but that is pretty much it. Their was no coverage of it in our local newspaper and Scott City doesn't have a radio station covering games this year. Would have been a long trip back home. LOL

Just read on MSHSAA's website that Gallatin has forfeited to Hamilton (or Penney, if one insists).

On another post a while back I said MSHAA would cancel the second week in.
Is this a possibility?
I don't see any way that MSHSAA cancels anything. They are riding this thing out until the end in my opinion. My question is this. What if the semifinals are played and the championship is set. Lets say, for example, that in Class 3 Lutheran North is set to play Odessa in the championship game and then all of the sudden, a few days before, Lutheran North has to cancel due to COVID. What is the protocol here?? Is Odessa the state champs?? Or would Odessa play the team that Lutheran North beat in the semifinal?? Just curious, could, in theory in other rounds also.

I would call Odessa champ and Lutheran North runnerup.

all forfeits are like games played if it happens in the title game then the non-team forfeiting wins. MSHSAA will see this through.

Hold up. I thought Valle had a bye this week?
The SG Herald said that Doniphan forfeited because of Corona. I guess that ends up being a first round bye this week. Next week the winner of St. Mary's and Fredericktown. If I knew how to insert a copy of the article from the paper I would.

Not sure about the answer to this from a MSHSAA standpoint, but before overtime games, we used to have co-champions for title games that ended in ties, so I suppose they would just say they're co-champs under that scenario.

So I guess if a private school was 1 of the co champs, they would only get 1/2 a point for that...lol

Hearing that Perryville is out....thus moving Hillsboro forward awaiting winner of North County and Sikeston.

That’s kind of what I figured. I looked up Doniphan on the MSHSAA website.

There’s no mention of them being assigned to any district at all.

That pic is the pepperiest pepper that ever peppered!
I think MSHSAA goes in and takes them off of the website was they cancel the game.

Add Albany to the list. This one stings. They were peaking at the end of the season and could have made a deep run.
