How do you change your handle? Been asking for 10 years. Lol.On a side note Hoops really needs to change their handle. Everytime my old eyes see his post I think I’ve stumbled onto the basketball page on accident.

There have always been viruses to deal with. Covid is just the worst to come around the Western Hemisphere since the Spanish Flu but MOST of human history except the last 100 years or do this has been more of the norm than the exception.I hate to say this, but there will be more viruses to deal with. In the past few decades, we’ve seen the emergence of HIV, several variants of Ebola (African hemorrhagic fever), lassa, hantavirus, SARS, MERS, and Covid-19 among others.
Due to the ever increasing human population density and international travel, when one person coughs, everyone is now at risk for contraction.
Yep half of the plant has tested positive and the other half have probably had itThere have always been viruses to deal with. I just got over Covid a little over a week ago. It was no picnic but apart from those most at risk I think it is time to stop pretending that most of us either have already had with little or no symptoms or will in the near future and while I’m all for a vaccine I think we need to accept the fact that this is not ever going to be 100% contained and not treat every case of a 17 year old testing positive like they are an 80 year old with diabetes and heart problems.
For a few months until immunity wears off, then we can all get it again and again, just like the other 4 coronaviruses that have been recirculating in humans for decades.Yep half of the plant has tested positive and the other half have probably had it
Pretty soon we all should be immune
That goes for me too... Best of luck to both of you.Dang.
Best wishes for a speedy and full recovery
The scary part is the symptoms are very similar to cold/flu, my wife was sick for two weeks before she tested positive, was in the hospital for three weeks, on a ventilator for 6 days and is one of the most careful people I know with masking and distancing, still caught it at work as she works in a school. She finally got out of the hospital last week but were going on 5 weeks where she has been sick. Even though she has been out of the hospital for almost a week she is no where near 100%. Our daily adventure has been going out to check the mail and it wipes her out. Did I mention the part that she is 25 and in good health. The point is people are going to react differently, congrats to those of you who had it and are middle aged and it was merely the sniffles, this is a nasty virus and we can all agree that we are all ready for it to go away. For the teams seasons being shortened due to this and the seniors, my heart goes out to you, I could not imagine how awful that feels as well. For those who say this thing isn't real, feel free to stop talking at any time. thanks
Dang.

Goes for me too. Hoping the best for you two and that you're wife makes a swift recovery. That goes for me too... Best of luck to both of you.

I think the teams left have been super careful. My neighbors son is doing virtual learning, football and that’s it. It’s been drilled into the kids at this point.I have not seen any cancellations this week. I am shocked because basketball has been having mass cancellations.
