I smoke a brisket about once a month. I use a bit less brown sugar on mine so the burnt ends have a bit more kick.

I spy little my little eye someone in Class 4 not Ranked in the MaxPreps Rankings but ranked 5th in the media Polls. they have 3 loses came to 2 undefeated teams and a 1 loss team hmm!!!!

Hey, you won't hear any arguments from me about them being ranked that high in the media rankings. Maxpreps has them at 12 which definitely seems low to me when you factor in how they have done against the really good teams they have played. I'd say the biggest thing hurting them in the computer's "eyes" is that they have only played three teams with a winning record and they lost all three. Interested to see how it all plays out!

Park hill is looking really strong. After back 2 back losses we have a ton of confidence. I think we can make a run at this thing.

Rumor at practice is that our oline thinks they can beat any 6A defensive front 7 significantly come playoff time.
