This is somewhat fake news. Mercer's record is 10-3 (losses to Green City, Hamilton and Princeton).
there are quite a few inaccurate records on there, but many are correct. Some teams don't enter their tournament scores, so that's where that happens. Jefferson also hasn't played 21 games.

That’s a really nice win for SJC. Kind of surprising it had that kind of separation.
Wish I would have been there. I am in St. Louis, so had to follow over twitter. However, I will be at the North Andrew-SJCS game next week. That one will be for the GRC West title (most likely).
I put together a spreadsheet of all of the possible outcomes. There are 11 out of 32 scenarios that will result in 3-way tiebreakers that I can't break yet because the scores are unknown. (Tiebreaker is lowest points allowed in the 2 games)
However, here are the possible finishes with the scenario for each team's highest possible finish. (These are unofficial and subject to possible mistakes.)
Milan - #1 or #2 (To finish #1, they have to win last game or Trenton has to lose one of last two)
Trenton - #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6 or #7 (To finish #1, they have to win last two and Milan has to lose last game)
Putnam County - #2, #3 or #4 (To finish #2, they have to beat Trenton. They could still finish #2 if they lose to Trenton and Trenton loses to Polo and they win the 3-way tiebreakers between Trenton and the South Harrison-Polo winner.)
South Harrison - #2, #3, #4, #5 or #6 (To finish #2, they have to defeat Polo, Polo has to defeat Trenton, Trenton has to defeat Putnam County and they would have to win a 3-way tiebreaker between Putnam County and Trenton.)
Polo - #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7 or #8 (To finish #2, they have to defeat Trenton and South Harrison, Trenton has to defeat Putnam County and they would have to win a 3-way tiebreaker between Putnam County and Trenton.)
