They always call it—you said

And there were iffy calls for the other teams that nobody points out or remembers. Last night three horrific stupid bad calls vs the Chiefs. The roughing the passer was a joke. Two of the PIs were idiotic.
But we do not dare mention those. Because the roughing the passer that led to a TD when they would've punted wasn't a big play in Toots Eyes. Neither was the PI on McDuffie or the hands to the face on Conner. Even though they were on the last drive and under two minutes, those weren't the same as the missed PI call against Pitts. That's the only one that really would've effected the game...

Does Webb City win another GAME this season?

Webb has a down senior class. Just like 2016 when you all were calling for jrod to hang it up. They have several massive talent classes behind this down to 6th grade if all stay in the program. Looking for things that arent there

I noticed the 8th grade was shut out by Republic but maybe that Republic class is really good.

Update: Republic won but it wasn't a shut out.

CMAC Week 5

Camdenton (2-2) at Battle (0-4) - Welllll battle lost to hickman so....

Rock Bridge (3-1) at Helias (4-0) - Rock Bridge is a solid class 6 team but Helias is legit. Helias by a couple TDs at least

Hickman (1-3) at Smith-Cotton (0-4) - Poor Kewpies...

Jefferson City (2-2) at Capital City (3-1) - Capital City by as much as they want

Helias seems to be by far the best team in the conference. (private schools am I right) It should be between Camdenton, Rock Bridge, and Capital City to see who comes out as the second best team. The gap between the top 4 and bottom 4 is huge.
Agree with most. RB gets the W this year though over Helias. They are RB. 2. Helias. 3. Capital City 4. Tie between Camdenton and Hickman. Battle, JC and SC the rest of the way.

Tri-county Week 5

Blair Oaks (3-1) vs. Boonville (4-0) - BO wins by as much as they want. Poor Pirates will have a hard dose of reality this week.

Hallsville (1-3) at Eldon (3-1) - Hallsville by 3 TDs, Eldon almost lost to Versailles......

Osage (3-1) at California (1-3) - Cali is not good

Southern Boone (3-1) at Dexter (4-0)
- Don't Know anything about Dexter but they don't appear to have played anyone so give me Southern Boone

Moberly (0-4) at Fulton (0-4) - Surely Moberly isn't as bad as Fulton right???

Does Webb City win another GAME this season?

Not trying to Msnbc things whatever that means? Just seems like he had so much more left in the tank, and now Webb is down, so it can make you wonder. Many are saying it I just thought I would ask, and Heck it would not be the first time and it has happened, Monett had a coach go out on top, coaches can see what is coming up.

Not saying its a bad thing either you put in your time and if you can call your shot at the end instead of getting it called for you then great. Go spend time with family enjoy everything you have earned.

COC Week 5 Pickem'

- Nixa, highly doubt they face a test from that side of the conference.
- Republic, although this is definitely the most interesting game of the week in my opinion. Republic throttled Joplin last year and Joplin was much better last year. Guess we’ll see. Could see it going either way.
- Ozark, carrying over their momentum from last week.
- Carthage, getting back on track before getting into the meat of their schedule.
- Neosho, until Webb proves otherwise. Again, I think this is the week we find out if Neosho is “for real” or not.
- Kickapoo, I guess.

Does Webb City win another GAME this season?

This is a nice post . Just my opinion, but history tells us dynasties run their course and come to an end. Back in the day, I remember it being Jeff City. Where have they been? Camdenton not as dominant as they once were. Joplin/Parkwood had a decent run. (And I’m talking public schools primarily). Any way, I’m thinking they have next year to rebound (quarter appearance min). If not, a 7 win or less season and it teeters on becoming the new norm.
It is my belief that there were games WC was not the best team on the field during their run, but they won, not because they thought they could, but because they knew they would. That played in their opponents minds too. It was an expected outcome. That is gone.
I don't know the situation at Webb currently, but being around the JC area and watching Camdenton. A lot changed when administration changed. Camdenton has their own problems and JC is a disaster and has been for awhile. I don't think anyone was going to replace J Rod, but not sure if there have been other changes within the district or not.

FYI: since I had to hear irrelevant things last week like “RGIII says it was PI on Cincinnati”as if his opinion should be respected, today Herm Edwards agrees with me and thousands of others on the call in the end zone last night and he went off on how that call could cost Atlanta a playoff birth or a coach his job and a call that obvious should never be missed. Agree, Herm, Agree.
Nobody said it wasn't PI. Quit making things up to fit your agenda. You put in your post above that this happened with less than two minutes. It didn't and you still wont acknowledge that. It was with 4:08 and both teams had all three timeouts. The game was far from over. Quit acting like this was the last play of the game.
