All indications are they are very near an immigration deal, but some GOPers might pull the rug on it because Trump doesn’t want to let Biden have an accomplishment.

Why do we need to change our immigration laws???? Only thing that needs done is secure the border and if a person does not have a passport and valid visa they get turned away.

There is a process in place for foreign nationals to legally enter our country and eventually become citizens

Why do we need to change our immigration laws???? Only thing that needs done is secure the border and if a person does not have a passport and valid visa they get turned away.

There are also laws concerning refugees that aren’t as simple as that. The GOP wants adjustments to “close the border” and both sides have found common ground and now a dictator wannabe is sabotaging your team.

Except the people at the border are not refugees and we need to stop treating them like they are. Shut the border down completely for 6 months and they would turn around and go back home
