You really think Carl Junction is #1 in the Public Schools? Kearney loses to them by 2 in OT and Carl Junction loses by a running clock.

The trophy says 2nd. CJ didn't have any problems with Miller Ac. Also ---it just seems to be this one particular team and/or opposing coach. You have to go back in the record books to find same team Shorter has lost to 3 times---I don't think any.

It is weird how basketball works. CJ beat Miller easily but Kearney went to OT with them. OTOH Kearney did better against IW.

#4 last year and #2 this year. Great run these last two years, and still have a lot of talent coming back next year!
