There are some really nice jobs on that list, that no one seems to be talking about.
Norwood, Kelly, NMCC, are some that jump off the screen at me.
I would think they would be garnering a lot of talk.
A few that seem a little concerning as well.

I have been told 2 different names. So I am not really sure. Will wait for some more confirmation.
You don't want to be the man after the man. Hard to make people happy and they compare everything you do to what they did. Just saying.
That’s exactly what I was saying. Look at Mizzou after Norm and obviously Jon Scheyer, who takes over for Coach K at Duke, will have the same issue. Based on the recruits he’s landed so far he seems to be off to a good start though
Blue Eye will be especially a challenge for a new coach because they don’t have much talent coming up the pipeline compared to what they’ve had. They graduate all 5 starters. West Plains does have some young talent to work with at least but a player like Judd is impossible to replace.
With 4 starters back and an All State 6 footer, WP girls should still be pretty salty next year, and should still be one of the top two teams in the top heavy Ozark Conference.
it’ll be interesting to see how things shake out with the usual suspects of WP, the Poo, lebanon and Rolla.
as far as post season goes, IF the lady Zizzers get there, CJ is going to be loaded barring any injuries or transfers.
im going to be interested to see how the HC search goes. Location has always been an issue with bringing good coaches in to WP for most sports.
my fear is that they will hire someone good who will use WP as a stepping stone for the next two years and when all of this years soph starters graduate, will just disappear.

It will be really difficult to replicate what Womack's groups did defensively. That matchup zone was really tough for years. When it isn't your bread and butter it is very hard to run and be good at.
He's married to ex MSU player Casey Garrison, lives in Glendale district already, and they have two daughters coming up. Before I knew he had the daughters I wondered why he would switch to coaching girls after coaching boys at Gainesville/Lamar the last seven years. Sounds like the same thing as Larsen taking the Strafford girls job a couple of years ago. Glendale isn't Strafford though so we'll see how this goes...

Good call.
One thing I've seen on both sides, probably more on the girls side at least in SWMO high school ball, is that if you have a kid coming up with the potential to be a good player in high school, you have a big leg up over others in the hiring process. Even with the assistant coaching jobs.

I haven’t heard any rumblings as of yet.
you would think they have to name someone relatively soon with the school year coming to a close.
Yeah I knew they haven't been good lately, that's why I was curious how long he was there.

BREAKING: Salisbury named Barry Graskewicz its head girls basketball coach. The retired highway patrolman and former UMSL player just met with the Lady Panthers. Graskewicz replaces new Salisbury Principal Wade Billington. Billington's wife will assist Graskewicz.
Still no answers here. But he hasn’t been allowed back in the building since this happened….they have to make a move soon.
