Clearwater didn't have a girl's team this season. I wonder if they can get a coach to take that job, they had won only 5 games in the last 3 years. Volleyball rules the roost there.

I had heard that Stander took the job with the intent of being a one year placeholder.

Yes, the opening was rather late last year and I guess they didn't like the candidates or very few applied. Regardless, Stander stepped in for the one season.

There's a good 8th grader coming in from Pershing, but A LOT of work needs to be done to get us back to where the program was 1973-2000 (also the four Megan Deines / Julia Wells years '08-'12).

Will Cleeton get a shot at Glendale? Leslie Hanchey would have been a great hire, but I don't know that she would even leave Kickapoo now.

He has to be smarter than that. I think even 30 years ago you forearm a Jr high kid against a locker your going to get in trouble. I don't believe that's his only incident this year either. I can't imagine he will be back.

Yes. Police were on scene last week, early this week interviewing JH students. There’s no way he keeps his job.

West Plains girls basketball is officially open. They bring back everyone but their stud, Ashton Judd. They had a girl who tore her ACL before basketball season. She would have been their 5th starter.
