CR head coach out. Not sure if he resigned or fired.
Based on history, I wouldn't disagree with that statement.Prediction: MSHSAA will balk.
That all sounds reasonable. As others have said though, MSHSAA has a history of doing nothing when St. Louis private schools cheat. Why would anyone believe they will change in this situation?I think the MSHSAA By-laws are pretty clear:
1. Participate under an assumed name=immediately ineligible for up to 365 days.
2. Egregious or intentional violation of the by-laws or the rules/regulations of the sport by a coach may cause the board of directors to withhold his approval as head coach which approval is required under the by-laws.
3. The institution can be suspended from membership for up to one year.
There is a reason policies are in place. No need to "make examples" of anyone. Just enforce the policy. If the consequences aren't stiff enough to deter future repeats of the behavior, change the policy. It's just time to clean house and set an example of CR. That might send a message to other schools that feel it's perfectly fine to cheat as long as winning is the final outcome. An let's be honest this goes way beyond just the coaching staff. More like the entire community.
Tried to find this, but didn’t.
Will you share your source?
Weird how the STL mouth breathers are not commenting.
Hey JoJo,
Checking in!
Its because we dont care! (surprise surprise)
This isnt the first or last time a HS uses an ineligible player during a game.
CR will be punished, HC will be fired. Life will move on.
Lutheran North will now win Class 2
Trinity will win Class 3
Ladue will win Class 4
and CBC or Desmet will win Class 6.
Wash rinse repeat.

Yeah, that has happened so often. I can understand why you are so confident.... Oh and why folks like you are leading the poll on a different post.
Hopefully to say he is resigning his post as AD at CR!CR AD will be making announcement today.
Does this look like someone who is THAT overweight!?
I am glad I can inspire people! I have a history of setting people down the right path. Stef was a hot headed teen. He was going to end up like the Vooch. After I had a "chat" with him, he fixed his ways. Gotta crack a few eggs if you want an omelette.
Ladue sucks. LN is down. And trinity won’t win. Wash rinse repeat. Cheating morons lol

We're leading that post because this is a very obvious clear bias message board. ANYONE with any sense knows that Webb City by far the most annoying. that fact that its even that close when its only about 3 stl people on MoSports lets you know that lol
Perhaps a little reflection time is needed. Sometimes you are the problem.
Bless your heart.
Slapping the back of my TV doesn’t work, but packing more aluminum foil around the antenna does.
Great well you do that just in time for the football games tomorrow. Stop giving football opinions on teams you dont watch or know anything about. You only watch like Maryville.
Chicago paper's article. “Nazareth was alerted to the possibility that Cardinal Ritter may have used an ineligible player and shared that information with our office, which we passed along to the Missouri State High School Activities Association,” Illinois High School Association assistant executive director Matt Troha said.

So MSHSAA will not make a decision until December, MSHSAA is proving themselves to be a Joke, Need to write our state congressmen and get rid of them. I say just WOW so probably nothing will happen until that time. So what happens if CR gets to go to the playoffs? Sends a message cheating is okay.
According to Jason West, communications director for the MSHSAA, Cardinal Ritter officials will meet with MSHSAA representatives via conference call Thursday to discuss the situation and what will happen going forward.
West said a forfeit of the Nazareth game is a possibility, but would not be likely until Dec. 5, the next time the full MSHSAA board convenes. He added that the organization’s executive director has the authority to call a special board meeting prior to Dec. 5.
They will run through the play-offs, knock off Lutheran North in districts, win the state title, be stripped of it later, the runner-up declared the state champ, and finally Lutheran North will declare themselves the "unofficial state champs" for the season. So MSHSAA will not make a decision until December, MSHSAA is proving themselves to be a Joke, Need to write our state congressmen and get rid of them. No need to write your congressmen, just don't join the organization. Nobody forces any school to be a member. So MSHSAA will not make a decision until December, MSHSAA is proving themselves to be a Joke, Need to write our state congressmen and get rid of them. I agree with this, the officials continue to make wrong calls as well, thus making the on-line rules review a complete waste of time. We lost a down on offense on a defensive penalty. Player was called for a face-mask on 2nd down and they gave us the yardage but made it 3rd down. We argued to no avail.Since..MSHSAA is quickly realizing how complicated it is to enforce their
least complicated "POE", which is..you know...the whole "don't cheat" policy...
Can we forgo the yearly and increasingly tedious online rules review...
Or at least give the option to skip the rules and policy "POE" slides
in the presentation that may or may not be used or enforced?
ARE YOU MAD!? I mean, if you do this, then we'll have athlete's wearing multi-colored, unattached sleeves!Since..MSHSAA is quickly realizing how complicated it is to enforce their

LOL it was sarcasm.... MSHSAA is going to do what they want and nobody can say anything. It is what it is.No need to write your congressmen, just don't join the organization. Nobody forces any school to be a member.
