Is the top of 4A the top of MO football?

CR is not the best football team I’ve seen this year….

I watched Kearney play north Kansas City and park hill and I told my wife I thought this was the most violent defense I’ve ever seen in my life in high school football all levels.

The speed in which plays break down at the dline is like watching one of those dream team college teams like Georgia route TCU the Kearney dline is big, violent and fast.

Kearney linebackers and safety’s are going to be a huge problem. #4 and # 19 are electric on the field and great football players #4 cleans up everything and has room to run and that looks the same way each and every game.

Kearney #1 and #2 are the two best Dlineman I’ve ever seen at getting off the ball and disrupting every play in high school. The violence these guys are bringing looks like they should be in a prison somewhere.

Kearneys QB can’t throw, if he throws vs LN he could go 5/10 with 5 ints. That’s the only liability I see on Kearney. #15 can’t even complete screen passes without it being a sht show.

I don’t know how LN moves the ball on Kearney and they do not play as hard. LN has better overall team speed but Kearney could turbo them if they don’t do anything stupid.

These are the two best teams in the state of MO but my money is on the best HS defense I’ve ever seen. My nephew coaches at PH and he said take it for what it’s worth that this Kearney defense could physically dominate any college D2 program and that #1,#2 and #4 had NFL strength today and would be 5stars if they weren’t slightly undersized.

The only other comment that stuck with me was “when you play the top 6a schools you have 1-2 seconds to do something vs Kearney plays instantly break down and there is no where to go with the football because they are dropping 7-8 players each snap”

As a Junior in high school he is pretty good still room to grow with his body.

The Valle conversation had me looking at who might be making a move based off champ factor alone no enrollment will be looked at. (yeah i lied i cant help it)
So everyone understands you get the following
district champ 1 point
3rd or 4th state finish 2 points
2nd place 3 points
state champ 4 points

0-2 points no bump
3-7 points 1 class up from raw enrollment
8+ points 2 classes up from raw enrollment
Accumulate points over 6 years

Cardinal Ritter 2 class bump 13 points
CBC 2 class bump 11 points
Desmet 2 class bump minimum 13 points
St.Marys 2 class bump 10 points
Lutheran North 2 class bump minimum 9 points
MICDS 2 class Bump minimum 8 points
St.Pius X KC 2 class bump 8 points
Valle Catholic 2 class bump 8 points (up to class 3 from 2 in 2024)
Rockhurst no bump 2 points ( currently a C6 enrollment but borderline and they control their own numbers look out C5 if they wanna play the game)

Helias Catholic still playing if they lose to lafayette they stay a 1 class bump with 7 points if they beat lafayette they are a 2 class bump with minimum 9 points and are headed to C6
Vianney no bump 0 points this is interesting as current 1 class bump from 5 to 6 however they were just 8 kids from being a C4 school they are either C5 next year or maybe even C4
St. Dominic 1 class bump 4 points another border c5 team in C6 currently they could play game to drop to C5 if they wanted or remain in 6
Summit Christian no bump 2 points drops from C3 down to 2
Chaminade 1 class bump 3 points
Duchesne 1 class bump 3 points
Lift for life 1 class bump 3 points will finish with minimum 5 points but can get to 7 points
St. Vincent 1 class bump minimum 4 points max 6 points will go to C2
springfield Catholic no bump 0 points
St.Francis Borgia no bump 1 point
westminster no bump 1 point
