15 years ago at Lee's Summit West (C4 semifinal) was, in my opinion, his #1 coaching job. That just changed.
Those Lightning bolts and swords of thunder up there about scared our boys back on the bus
they had a noseguard Up there that lived in Webb's backfield all night,,must have forced 3-4 fumbles on the snap

remember right it was 14-0 and Roderique played defense soft and LSW ended up running out the clock and scoring their td as time expired
I remember him putting in Howard for defense and that really made the difference.
That was 2006 and Webb won 10-6 . I think we blocked two field goals . Beat Hannibal the next week 26-0 to win state
10-6. 7-0 end of 3rd quarter correct. LSW had beyond a dazzling offense that year (and bragged about it on the PA before the game). West's only TD was essentially in garbage time as the game clock was running out.
10-6. First LSW offensive play was a huge loss after their PA announcer bragged they had none all season.
This was the year after one of the craziest trick plays I ever saw in person beat them at Camdenton (2005 C4 semifinal). I used to razz royalclone, Mosports' unofficial LSW spokesman, about their struggles vs. SWMO teams..............
They had a whole MNF vibe to them up there for that game.
It was a thing of beauty. Coach Shore had kept that in his back pocket for a long time.
