True but they do play in the regular season.Looks like Lamar goes north. Seneca would have to get to Championship game to play them. (in playoffs)

Lamar goes north if they win district, and play the winner of dist 6, KC area small privates along with Knobnoster and Holden. Seneca would have a good shot to win their district, and if they beat Ava/Mountain Grove/ LibertyMV in the QF would likely meet Lamar at home for the semis. That would be a cool matchup on a November Saturday afternoon!Looks like Lamar goes north. Seneca would have to get to Championship game to play them. (in playoffs)
I'm a private school critic but I think this is taking it a bit far.KC area small privates
Seneca would have to prove themselves. I don’t think outside of Raw’s comment anyone thinks they will roll. I definitely see a lot of potential in class 2. Teams that could give Lamar a scare possibly. A few absolutely at this point for being only in week 2 of this young season. I think there’s a difference between being a lot better, and then beating Lamar for regards to Seneca. They lost to Lamar 41-0 last year. I get that’s last season. But we are getting to like 12 teams people think can’t be counted out, I give credence to 4-5 teams because of pedigree and been their mentality. But some teams will have to prove it in my book. As much as class 2 has improved, for me at this point there’s still tiers in class 2.I would not forget about Seneca

I agree.I'm a private school critic but I think this is taking it a bit far.
Higg and Richmond are in District 8. The winner very likely gets Bowling Green in the quaterfinal then that winner likely gets Blair Oaks out of D2. All, of course, assuming this runs to "form"...............Very interesting. How is the bracket set up this year? I know if LC is going to make a run it will have to be through Richmond.
Guess I am just showing my age. I know Lamar has dominated Seneca in the last ten years but I bet Lamar is still behind in overall head to head wins.Seneca would have to prove themselves. Sure. But what does that have to do with now though? Yes, there’s been complete domination before.Guess I am just showing my age. I know Lamar has dominated Seneca in the last ten years but I bet Lamar is still behind in overall head to head wins.
Blair Oaks has had a beatable defense since last season. If that doesn’t shore up. I think both of them could score on BO. Could you imagine the offensive output with passing between Richmond and BO? Crazy to think about.Higg and Richmond are in District 8. The winner very likely gets Bowling Green in the quaterfinal then that winner likely gets Blair Oaks out of D2. All, of course, assuming this runs to "form"...............
I would be too. But I can’t overlook the possibilities of BO and a few others. The senior class is really good, and they are very fixated on making up for the mistakes In the ship from last season. Those fumbles cost them the big one. I’m not sure with how improved and talented Nevada is if they will go into districts undefeated. But I do know they are hungry to get back. We shall see how this all unfolds. If Lamar doesn't win state ....I'd be shocked . They are really good
Never count Booger county out of it.In C2 at this point it's Lamar and BO and everyone else playing for a distant 3rd. The SCA will produce a top 5 level C2 team from the group of MVBT-Liberty, Grove, or Ava but I'm not quite sure how those guys would stack up against the good NE squads like Bowling Green and Hallsville.
Very true, I did see they lost their best offensive weapon to a torn ACL this past week though.Never count Booger county out of it.
class 3 is valle's to lose.St Marys and Union are in the same district. Union has everyone back from their one loss season last year. Big line and athletes up and down. Im gonna go with union over st marys. Call it my cinderalla team but not really
Somebody is still bitter from the loss Valle gave the Oaks a couple years ago!I am not a Valle Fan. Send your winks somewhere else.
was that the one BO agreed to on like wednesday and had no prep time?Somebody is still bitter from the loss Valle gave the Oaks a couple years ago!
yes it was. valle had the same amount pf prep time too. Great game. A game that set the Oaks off in their title run.was that the one BO agreed to on like wednesday and had no prep time?
I'm just happy we're getting some of these matchups, regardless of the circumstances. Nothin will ever line up perfectly, just like when we all waited and waited for Valle and Lamar to link up only for it to be a "down" Valle year. Which meant after all the build up the game was not close at all. There's a lot of teams out there nowadays who are not afraid to go out and play the damn game and we need more of that!yes it was. valle had the same amount pf prep time too. Great game. Thats great and I hope they win it. Now what does that have to do with St. Mary's and Union?class 3 is valle's to lose.
bookmarket.
St Mary's is a problem for Class 4. They are loaded, but i do hope Union wins. I felt bad for them in their game again MICDS a few years ago and then last year when lost to Vashon.St Marys and Union are in the same district. Union has everyone back from their one loss season last year. Big line and athletes up and down. Im gonna go with union over st marys. Call it my cinderalla team but not really
They have a big GOOD line....really good athletes in all other positions..everyone returning from last years one loss team...good coaching..and hungry after last year...I just think, and I know I can be wrong, but that will prevail over the St Marys having the few better athletes. No don't get me wrong. St. Marys is good and they will be battle tested as their schedule is tougher than Unions.St Mary's is a problem for Class 4. They are loaded, but i do hope Union wins. I felt bad for them in their game again MICDS a few years ago and then last year when lost to Vashon.

Nope. Lamar and Seneca are on the same side. Everyone else? Other side. Weird choices in general.Looks like Lamar goes north. Seneca would have to get to Championship game to play them. (in playoffs)
Class 3 has Valle, which most likely will not get by Cardinal Ritter after districts and Lutheran North.Class 3 is not Valle's to lose. Not even close. Thank you for the comic relief comment of the day.
Or Thise 2 years Lamar was just in their prime in the run of 7 straight. Lol In 2017 Lamar scored over 600 points against ranked and bigger schools and went 14-0 for example. Valle wouldn’t have beaten Lamar even if they weren’t “down” could a Valle Lamar matchup he more favorable to them now?? Sure. But not when they linked up. Not even a good one. Those were the dominant years. I disagree with that notion entirely lolI'm just happy we're getting some of these matchups, regardless of the circumstances. Nothin will ever line up perfectly, just like when we all waited and waited for Valle and Lamar to link up only for it to be a "down" Valle year. stand back and watch.Class 3 has Valle, which most likely will not get by Cardinal Ritter after districts and Lutheran North.
I hope so because I am a Valle fan.stand back and watch.
They work harder
