he wont let the term victim be used due to the fact that if the men shot were posing a threat to Rittenhouse then he was well within his right to shoot them and they would not be a victim. Allowing the term would mean the judge thinks that Rittenhouse shot and killed an innocent person

Best part in the trial was yesterday when the judges phone goes off and the ringtone is Lee Greenwoods "God Bless the USA"

If the prosecutor wasn't with malice defying the Judge's ruling then he wouldn't be getting a scolding. In fact the prosecutor has broken and ignored constitutional law over and over again. The prosecutor with extreme prejudice has done this and shown contempt for the Judicial system. If the judge wasn't biased toward the Legal system he would of called a mistrial with prejudice because the State has broken the sacred rules of the court and constitutional rights. The fact this judge is only scolding the Prosecution for breaking constitutional procedure is in it's self proof the judge is being lenient to the State.

Clearly that is why the Judge is so frustrated....he is letting the process continue even though he knows the State has over stepped their bounds and is playing dirty pool. In Western law for centuries you are not allowed as a Prosecutor to infer or suggest that a person is Guilty by remaining silent.....you Know the 5th!! That is a horrible Black Mark upon the Prosecutor as a Human proving he will use any underhanded and deceitful tactics necessary to tarnish a innocent person.

Opinion based statemen showing his own personality traits and beliefs....that says a whole lot more about him than other people. That's not how the law works....but carry on. People are allowed to carry weapons for self defense. Period. This was in no way a combat or war zone at all. In fact you can't apply any type of U.S. Federal Military guidelines to a Civilian riot unless Marshall law is called. This is just BS ignorance. I believe I read that the judge is going to inform the Jury that under the exemptions of the law that it was Legal for him to have the gun.
