Judge better give Kyle his rifle back

Recklessly endangering safety seemed like it should have been guilty.
If he was spraying bullets around indiscriminately I would agree with that. But he was only firing at people he deemed a threat and pretty accurately

Skate boards and plastic bottles are scary.
I think if you had someone beating you on the head with a skateboard you would figure out pretty quick it was scary.

If you determine someone is a threat to kill ,or seriously injure you, then you have the right to use deadly force its as simple as that. In Missouri they removed the phrase "reasonable fear" and replaced it by "fear" just because what scares the living hell out of you might not be deemed dangerous at all to someone else. A prosecutor has to actually prove that the defendant was not in fear and thats almost impossible to do.

Dude. The prosecutions own witness admits he pulled a gun on him. You didn’t pay any attention to the trial. The trial was over at that point.
yea " I was chasing him down and pointed my pistol at Kyle" was really a bad deal for the prosecution.

On the other hand I think the three guys in South Carolina need to go to prison for a very long time

You would think all these tough guys carrying their guns would not be afraid of much of anything. Seems to me that they get scared of their own shadow and start shooting.

You just adore real men like Kyle and George Zimmerman who unnecessarily show up with a gun and take lives. Look in the mirror once, little guy.

Seems like the jury didn’t think so.

You can live vicariously thru your George Zimmermans and your Kyle Rittenhouses. But in your heart you know, if they hadn’t had a gun with them, no one would have died at either location. Those people wouldn’t have even looked at Kyle if he wasn’t packing that weapon. He wasn’t asked to be there. He had no authority. He wasn’t even old enough to be carrying that weapon.

since when does a citizen have to be asked to be on a city street??

Kyle was absolutely old enough to carry a long barreled rifle or shotgun thats why the judge dismissed the charges

Maybe in your eyes he is old enough. Maybe in the judges eyes. But having taught thousands of 17 year olds, I know he wasn’t.

Justice wasn’t served but hopefully Karma will be out on the streets for Kyle one day.

its what is the law that matters. Anyone in Wisconsin over 16 can legally carry a long barrel rifle or shotgun.

Justice was served

I think a jury of 12 of his peers disagrees with you. It would have only taken one person on that panel to vote guilty and its a hung jury.

When people burn, loot, and attack the public they need to realize there is a very good chance someone is going to blow a hole in them and rightly so.

Hopefully the rioters up there have learned a lesson

Seems like that is exactly what the jury thinks. He got scared of everyone there. He shot someone and tried to run off like a real tough guy. Nice, he shot the ex paramedic with his medical supplies.

Was that the one he shot after he raised his pistol at him? I cannot keep them straight.

So to be clear, when someone doesn't agree with a decision from our justice system, Karma (aka vigilante justice) should kick in and be OK? This is how innocent black people were murdered years ago. By this, if I don't agree with someone I can do whatever I deem fitting to get justice for myself. Definitely a great principle to promote (SI). What keeps "Karma" from being enacted on you simply because someone doesn't like your words or position on this matter? You seriously just told those thousands of young people you taught that it was OK to act unlawfully by taking justice into their own hands. Unreal.

So where did you stand on the rioters at the Capitol after 50+ court cases said there was no evidence of voter fraud?
And before you ask I don't believe either of these situations was right. Also nor were the rioters and looters, but those that were shot were not rioting or looting. The fact the judge let them be called that is a disgrace to the legal system.

I thought the at least one or two that was shot was attempting to push a burning dumpster to a gas station?

Yep, you know one of 'the good guys with a gun' trying to stop the 'bad guys with a gun.' After he heard, 'he shot someone, he's trying to get away.' But hey he was supposed to retreat.

Which one? The one carrying the bag of toiletries? The one carrying a skateboard or the one with the medical supplies?

You said one of them was pushing a burning dumpster. I am just asking which one was pushing a dumpster one handed.
I can truly not understand why people on the left are so intent on defending criminals. I mean geeze Blake has admitted that he was carrying a knife and refused to drop it when he was shot because he "wasnt thinking clearly"

The guy is a repeat criminal and resisted verbal and non lethal means to be subdued by officers (tazed twice) trying to do their jobs before he was shot. then the City allows rioters to burn down half of the town like he was some kind of poor innocent martyr

I haven’t been following this as close as others but here is what I thought I heard.
Two was pushing a burning dumpster. Rittenhouse was involved with extinguishing the fire which upset them and the pursuit began or chasing him. Is this incorrect?

I have been following even less, I am just asking a question.

Which criminal am I defending? I didn't talk about Blake. I only talking about the guy who murdered two people and shot a third.

Kyle crossed state lines, got a powerful gun and shot three people. At least one of them was chasing him BECAUSE he shot someone.
If you think that makes him a hero and worthy of your defense, you are a sad mofo.

if he was obviously not guilty it wouldn’t have taken three and a half days to draw that conclusion. Obviously some had to have their arms twisted to agree with the verdict. He is a POS and anyone defending him is a POS.

Probably more accurate to say that the two convicted felons that were attacking him were a POS (whatever that is)
