probably an 8,,,right down to local prosecuting attorneys and judges. Last year I got a speeding ticket in our neighborhood and was guilty as sin. It cost me $400 for my lawyer to strike a deal with the city prosecutor to change the charge from speeding to "defective equipment" and I paid fine and court cost with no points off of my license for a moving violation. That is just a silly. petty instance but it shows you how if you have money and connections things can just go away in our legal system. Just think what happens when you are a millionaire with real political connections!

Now that's fact! I don't know how that man sleeps at night after what he has done with SC nominees. No one person should have the power the leader of the senate or the speaker of the house has in not allowing a vote on anything they don't like.
