Seen in the WC Sentinel online newspaper that C Scott Bailey was hired for Junior High weights at Webb City. Is the same Bailey that was at Lamar? And if so, what role will he play on the football staff if any?

It is one and the same. Have heard he will also coach JH football.

He is in charge of the express and conducting the 3:30 AM to 5:30 AM weights session for the late night crowd.

He'll be there 1 hour early to make sure everyone else is there 30 min early. It's no different than when John Mayer started touring with the Greatful Dead and everyone was like, " Damn..... this totally makes sense!" He's the George Harrison persona to Coach Rod's John Lennon. Both are great but together, along with the other two.....Sgt. freakin Pepper, baby!

This reminds me of when Bob Shore was the middle school coach at Camdenton after he had retired.

Wonder if Bailey's hiring had anything to do with Corey Roy going to Ozark. Roy was the strength and conditioning coach at the high school. I believe he coached LBs too.

Exactly, I think in 10 years he lost 3 or 4 middle school football games. He is still has as much passion for coaching today as he ever has.
