Bowling Green Community Mourns Death Of High School Senior

The Bowling Green Community is mourning the loss of a high school student and star athlete who died in a car accident last (Friday) night.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, senior Kaleo Dade was driving his vehicle on Route E when he hit a deer and slid off the road.

Dade died on the scene.

The passenger in the car a Senior Kyle Horner, was airlifted from the scene in critical condition.

Dade was was a three sport standout for the Bowling Green High School.

Very sad news Dogfather. Such news always causes me to recall Housman's Ode which, though dated, has never been equaled by modern poet or scholar:

Never like hearing about a young man or young woman losing their life at such a young age. May God bless him, his family and friends that are hurting this tragedy.
