Obviously, private schools are the same as this year's enrollment numbers. The championship factor is updated but based on the current set up. I'll update if that changes. Doniphan, Plattsburg, Saxony Lutheran, East KC and Bishop DuBourg have been added as well

Edit: Lincoln and Polo are dropping to 8man and have been removed. Class have been reconfigured

Chiefs NOT helped by refs!

As if the amount of delusions realized by a large portion of the population wasn't bad enough, we have entered full-scale fantasy land at this point. Yes, I am a Chiefs fan. However, I consider myself to be extremely objective in my view of football and most things in general. I have been brainwashed time and time again in my education to look at things logically so here it goes. The following was a quick search done by AI that talks about the perceived preferential treatment by the refs.

Penalty Differential:During the 2024 season, the Chiefs had a penalty yardage differential of plus-20 yards, ranking them 16th in the NFL. This indicates that they were near the middle of the league in terms of penalties called for and against them.

Offensive Holding Penalties:The Chiefs were tied for the most offensive holding penalties in the league, with 31 calls against them, resulting in 292 lost yards. This suggests that referees are not hesitant to penalize the Chiefs for infractions.

Roughing the Passer Calls:Since 2018, Patrick Mahomes has drawn 31 roughing the passer penalties, ranking him 8th among active quarterbacks. In contrast, Josh Allen has drawn 38 such penalties in the same period, ranking 7th. This data indicates that Mahomes does not receive an unusually high number of these calls.

Unnecessary Roughness Penalties:In 2024, the Chiefs benefited from only two unnecessary roughness penalties, tied for the second-fewest in the league. This further challenges the notion of preferential treatment.

So, obviously the facts don't matter to NFL fans, which is fine I guess but it is extremely annoying. There are bad calls made in every single NFL game. The Bills scored a touchdown on a thrown PI flag that was the incorrect call and they only won by 2 points. Is there a huge fuss being made about it? No, because for some reason when it happens to other teams people brush it off as the refs making an honest mistake. Every time there is a questionable call that favors the Chiefs however, there is outrage and the conspiracies start flying. The fact that this fallacy has in some ways tainted the greatness of the Chiefs dynasty is pretty dang frustrating. There aren't cheating scandals like with the Patriots but they are hated by everyone as much as the Patriots ever were and a lot of it is because of a lack of understanding of the nuances of the game and how difficult it is to officiate. Sorry, I had to get all that off my chest! I have more but that is all for now. Grow up! Be better!

Park Hill 74, Nixa 70

2025 KC Northland boys hoops ain't just about the NKCSD who is killing it again this season. Trojans have played a solid slate this is their signature win of this season to date. While I still think Oak Park is far the best not just around these parts but possibly all of MO Park Hill will get two cracks at the Northmen on consecutive Fridays (Feb 7 and 14).

Now let's see if the AI trolls come after this post (what they are doing on this specific board is puzzling to say the least).......................

Where does this end?

DII shouldnt start clock

If this is successful (NCAA seems to do nothing but lose, in court, anymore) we are going to possibly have some really older players over the next few years

I thought that would end after the extra covid years all worked out... But think about it.. A player could go to JUCO and not start their clock (after the last lawsuit) Move to a DII school and not start their clock and finally as a 21 or 22 year old get to a D1 school and start their college football playing career.

Yes I know this is a crazy example... But, WOW....
