He is more less saying, we done our part the rest of the team is to blame for us not winning. Lead them on the court, not throw them under the bus in the press afterwards.

Districts in class 2, 3 and 4 aren't too bad even though the west side is better but in class 1 district 3 will be a gauntlet with 7 of the top 10 team (per rankwrestler). Kids ranked 6th or 7th in that district might be as high as 2 or 3 in other districts. Just crazy
