Some of them don't have "official ratings" until calpreps hears back from the head coaches so I'm sure thats where they take into account the losses from graduation and stuff like that. We'll see

I’m out on platte. Thought they were the real deal last year. Heard utz is a bust doesn’t have the drive of his qb or his rank.

Would not be surprised to see them get slaughtered this year multiple times.

You used a high quantity of words to say.

"I'm a whiny girl who is upset another team from the Northland is better than mine"

They lost 8/11 on their D coming back. But you know Platte County's D was never all that. They couldn't stop the Ham package to svae their life.

Why would they rank Cardinal Ritter above Platte County when the latter won the state title?
Platte County will return pretty much their entire elite offense BUT very little on the other side of the ball. Ritter is one of a very few who could shoot it out and beat them this fall.

I wish kearney hadn't dropped them from the schedule these two years.

Bummer.

You will see them week 2 in Platte City. Gotta retool the D. IF they do that then yes PC will repeat maybe with ease.
We will need a transfer qb or an underclassman to step up big to even be able to be in the game, RB will be the usual GV 2 or 3 head attack with 1 slippery guy and 1 or 2 that just want to run you over. WR Corp won't matter without a QB. defense side we will have to retool D line, LBs will be fine, DBs been sketch since I've been here.

PC by 30

When you score 50 points a game, you don't need a very good D anyway.
Only team that can match that is Ritter why they are pretty much the only one mentioned near PC this coming season. Would love to see Grain Valley get back in contention just not sure what they have returning know the IA transfer RB is gone.

The offense desperately needs a QB, hopefully the junior is ready or the freshman took a huge jump in the offseason.
RBs are fine.

D line and QB will be what makes this team competitive or not.

Only because Cardinal Ritter gets a bump for having a schedule that was much tougher than Platte County's last year. Webb, Ritter, Helias and Carthage all had stronger schedules last year. Helias was PC's toughest opponent. Ritter played three teams higher rated than Helias. Platte County's regular season was weak as hell. The best team they played was Smithville.

No that was Pius who put up 49 on Savannah. I told folks here privately Kearney would have gotten blown out bad had they faced PC.

Platte County did not play Pius in the regular season. "Platte County's regular season was weak as hell. The best team they played was Smithville." Still the best team they played in the regular season.

All these players graduated from Ritter. I know recruiting reloads happen. But good luck.
