Former NKC Player Adetomiwa Adebawore Lighting up Combine

He weighs 280 now. Ran a 4.49 and 37" vertical. Anyone who saw him in high school knows this is no surprise. I saw him front releasing the shot put 60' in high school. Most explosive high school athlete I've ever seen. Not sure how he ended up at Northwestern. Supposedly Chiefs are targeting him for 2nd round.

There is video somewhere on Twitter of him Power Cleaning 400+ lbs in high school!

C5#5 Rolla 69 - C5#8 Marshfield 56 (FINAL)

Lady Bulldogs win in the district semifinal setting up an Ozark Conference rematch for the district title game.

Class 5 #5 Rolla (23-5)
v.s.
Class 5 #4 West Plains (21-7)

@ Marshfield High on Tuesday @ 6 PM

West Plains won the regular season matchup by a score of 44-39

Rolla hasn’t beaten West Plains since February of 2021 (WP finished 2nd at State that year) and I believe WP has won 3 straight against the Lady Bulldogs.

Higginsville repeats history goes to back to back final fours

just like the early 80's....

Lafayette County Higginsville defeated old rivals KC St. Pius X last night in St. Joe 59-43. Pius hung around and made it hard on the Huskers but they pulled away at the end.
Will play Central New Madrid County at 10am on Friday in Springfield. #onward

Higginsville went to the final four in 1982 & 1983 and then not again until last year when the team took 2nd place, losing by 2 to Charleston in the championship game. Then 39 years later history has repeated the back to back final fours. Hoping that it doesn't take 39 years to get back next time.

Huskers had lost in the quarterfinals in 1988, 1990, 2002, 2012, 2014, and 2015 before breaking through again last year. The final four wins came twice in the 60's, 1982, 1983, 2022, 2023.

Trump on Truth Social this morning
(28 months after the election)

“Rupert Murdoch should apologize to his viewers and readers for his ridiculous defense of the 2020 Presidential Election. How many forms of cheating and rigging does he have to see? He should also apologize to those anchors who got it right, and fire the ones who got it wrong, or were afraid to speak up (of which there were many!). It’s time to get rid of Fake News, and call it like it is!”

He is still the front runner in the GOP for 2024. A very large voting block still want the Pete Rose of Politics to run the country. They believe his and Fox’s story. If that doesn’t bother you then you are the problem.

District Admission Prices

$6 for kids seems a little ridiculous. If both the boys and girls program makes the championship game it would cost a family of 5 $180 to support their teams for all 6 games.

$11 per game to watch online is also craziness

Unfortunately, I'm not making any championship games or a family of 5, so it doesn't really affect me, it just seems a little steep for kids when we should be encouraging them to go.

Yearly MSHSAA gripe ✔️
