“Regarding the incident in which Coach Nickerson’s home was vandalized. My client, Mr. Bosko, had NOTHING whatsoever to do with the incident. The guilty offender was caught and punished for his egregious actions. Yet my client, Mr. Bosko, is continually harassed and attacked by people for actions he never took, in a situation and place where he was not present. Furthermore, Mr. Bosko has NEVER been contacted by anyone in law enforcement regarding any possible investigation that involves my client.
Mr. Bosko categorically denies any involvement and is considering legal actions against members of the public that continue to publish these specious accusations.”
