According to MSHSAA the Maryville-BO game kicks at 5:30 PM so that is our opening week deadline for FRIDAY entries. As of now all games are being played on that date (the weather looks FANTASTIC, by the way) so the full scoreboard and stats (will be a late one as I am attending the Kearney-Fort game) will appear that night.

GOOD LUCK everyone!

Who “won” your jamboree?

Jamborees shouldn't be much about "winning". Winning at a jamboree means you readied your players for the season ahead and were able to clear up many position battles and saw how new players responded in live situations against opposition that aren't teammates. Sure, there is a best team at a jamboree but the real winners aren't the team that thumps everyone's heads, the real winners of a jamboree are the team that finds the most answers and gets the most important reps in for their players.

I thought it was a strange mix as well and couldn't figure out why Lebanon was going all the way to Sarcoxie. If they were going to travel that far why not go 10 more miles to Carthage which only had a 3 team event?

Is that Liberty as in Mountain View? That might be even further than Lebanon.
Yep Liberty Mtn View. It was a haul for both them and Lebanon. Crazy stuff

St. Pius X might be a problem this season. Regardless of class.
Let's see what happens this Friday at Rock. Another squarely on my non-con Pius radar is the seemingly annual blowout loss to St. James Academy. Will they break through this year?

GOP says they are for 'free markets' but it seems

they sure don't want me to sell my land to anyone they don't approve.

That seems awfully communist.

MAGAs?
I don't know, Veer, I don't like the idea of selling American land to foreign governments. I guess foreign companies already own quite a bit of US land. I really cringe at foreign companies owning thousands of acres of farm land. The Saudis are farming in Arizona using the Colorado River water as freely as they want with no consideration for the water needs of American farmers and people living downstream.
