Preseason Rankings
Seneca if they answer a few questions and stay healthy should be right there with BO. Not sure if they could beat BO. But they look good
A well oiled machine of a booster club can help alleviate that. Sounds like Willard needs help on AND off the fieldWillard is going to have a few bad football seasons. I don't think there is any getting around that. They just don't have the size, skill, or athletes.
Monett would really have to out grow the conference. The roots run deep they are a founding member, and the history in the conference goes all the way back to the 1920's. Many in the community are excited to get back to playing Aurora and MV every year.If Willard has a few bad football seasons I still wonder if they will change their mind about the COC. CJ, Willard, Mac County, Nevada and Monett could form the core of a league.
That'll be a fun one. I got Loyola winning. Back-to-back Class 8 championships says a lot.For those of you, like me, who follow other states the NATIONAL spotlight comes to East Saint Louis this Saturday at 7 PM as perennial Chicago stalwart Loyola Academy comes calling.
This should be on NFHS I will source if available anywhere else................
I would ponder to guess that while the current Sup and AD are still CJ, the Big 8 will probable not let them back in. Those two both made sure to insult every Big 8 school they could on the way out and talk about how their demographics and facilities don't fit with the conference. I guess they never thought about what would happen if the the COC would never work out and they would have to cross that bridge again? But there is always hope Nevada did the same thing and later once some changes were made they were able to reapply and get in.If the Big 8 would be willing to bring CJ back, then the OMC would be the right league probably for those schools. It'd be a better geographical thing. Of course, it was CJ that burned the bridge quite successfully with the Big 8. And it appears the OMC wants CJ if they accepted the distance argument.
I'd say that OMC will look a tad different in a year or two if had to make a wager. All of those 4 schools applied for OMC membership too per the Rolla AD at a school board meeting. The smaller schools were against them due to size and CJ was opposed because of travel.

Oh and like there are some real winners out there in MO? NICE TRY BOZO!
Saw these kids at beginning of the Midnight scrimmage no uniforms or pads have to agree plus lots of DEPTH. Easy call the JR Emmons kid stays healthy he's gonna rack up some major yardage this fall. Also did I see the Williams kid is back????Kearney bringing in a big athletic O -Line. The D line is next level. Avg 245
I think LSN will be all over them. Cannot be fooled by the recent past just my opinion Lord knows been wrong before but I have them near or sub .500 in 2024.They have them ranked to be in the #3 game of the week vs. Liberty North
It will be tons of fun always is over at Fort. Gotta hit this one early plus the weather looks immaculate! Main area of focus for me will be up front (always is in this matchup).
Where do you have Ray-Pec rated in KC Metro C6?Talent galore in the meat grinder of KC Class 6. Amazing how little it takes to go from 7-4 one year to 3-9 the next. And that could be with six games decided by 7 points or less.
All of those 4 schools applied for OMC membership too per the Rolla AD at a school board meeting. The smaller schools were against them due to size and CJ was opposed because of travel.Yeah, I think their options were pretty limited. They didn't want to go the Rolla route (begging to get in Four Rivers), plus they're too big and too far for that anyway. I THINK they had the option of going the Camdenton route (up north with Columbia/Jeff/Sedalia), but they probably viewed that as worse. Here's the odd thing, they sorta/kinda fit. They just are really bad at football. Size wise they're a fit. Demographically they're a fit. As much as the west COC schools don't like it, the location is pretty much a fit too. They're no further away from the center of the conference than the west schools, just so happen to be on the other side. I'm not sure what the long term plan for Leb/Waynesville/Camdenton is, but I bet it's not where they are this season. I'm not sure any of them will be happy with their new conference.
Those bots were driving me to Grey Goose, though.................Heyo! That's my main man Zack Morris helping our girl Jessi! She was going through a rough time here. This is why I had to combat those drug bots. None of my MoSports preppys will end in addiction
