~~~One team to keep an eye on is the Montgomery County Wildcats that made a run last season. Led by Mr Show-Me basketball contender 6-8 Clayton Parker that has received numerous D-1 offers. Stats - 20.3 ppg, 67% from the field, 10 rpg and 82% from the free throw line..
If the seeding for their season opening tournament is correct they will be tested by a Mexico team that charted a 27-3 record last season and have very high expectations once again. Need to find a detour around Vashion U.

Please no one panic but I am taking my Thanksgiving hiatus. Happens every year but there is ALWAYS the "Where is Bosko" type posts!

Dont worry, I WILL be back! Yes, that might irritate some of you but get over it! And YES, I know my week of using Patrick Mahomes as my profile picture is set to start Monday. But sometimes that's just how the cookie crumbles!

More seriously, I hope EVERYONE on here (Yes, that includes YOU TOOTS) has a great Thanksgiving holiday. Enjoy time with friends, family, and loved ones. Some observations based on your good looking predictions: The KCI conference has been a bit "under the radar" this year. If you are right they will have a pair of semifinalists. That Maryville-Odessa game is as impossible to predict as it gets. Good luck with that one everyone! Valle Catholic and Lamar could well be on C2 title rematch collision course. Three of those four could be good games.

C4 will be interesting to see how LN's former QB plays against his old team. Not sure Parkway North can pull that one off but would not be surprised to see him have a good Saturday. C5 could be one I mentioned weeks and weeks back Platte County at MICDS. Will definitely have my eye on how the Pirates play after looking almost too good last week vs. Pius. That being said these are special times on Hwy 92 imagine if Ambroson had stayed put at Smithville.............

I actually really like Jackson tonight in C6. Kirkwood pulled off the shocker of the entire playoffs to date usually that returns to the mean the next week but Maclin is tearing it up there very good to see a STL public back in the title convo. Liberty-Park Hill is my tomorrow destination. Beginning to believe they and LSN could be the title game but each have tough challenges this week. Nixa has an absolute electric company of an O Line and Park Hill upset the Jays back in the regular season will definitely be confident they can do it again and perhaps rematch their season opener one of the best of Week 1 when they beat (at that time I thought it was a major upset) Rock Bridge in 3 OT.

FUN weekend on tap will kick it all off in Warrensburg tonight then off to Liberty tomorrow! Safe travels out there!

I had heard that the area had realized some hard times and talent was moving away but the decline started when Coach Coomds left. His win percentage was ridiculous and the undefeated 2004-2005 team is still considered one of best all time in Ohio. Which is a powerful statement in that State.
