7 even classes

Now that would be way too easy.

But some of the 'leaders' in mshsaa have agendas to help their own .
I agree, we the fans won’t get what we want and I think every school deserve is to play for a State Championship

I have so many opinions I am going expressed right now.

1. Class 4 has now become the new weakest Class in the state. When the show me bowl comes around Kearney/Lutheran North will put 50+ on their opponent in the championship game.

2. Class .5 might be the craziest thing this MSHSSA leaders thought of in a long time. Have around a 6+ hour round trip in the districts. Just ignorant on mshsaa part

3. District Mapping? I think I can do a better job mapping districts than them. We have couple schools who’s not even 10 or less miles away on opposite sides of the bracket. It feels like the rural schools districts feels more spread out this year than every

4. My biggest pet peeve. We have the best teams always, I meant always be in the same district year in and out. When was the last time Kearney or Smithville was not in the same district?

5. Finally I wish MSHSAA does go 7 Classes since moving into another Championship site in couple years. , I like MSHSAA playoff system but sometimes has to change sometime. Either eliminate districts or reseeded all districts 1-4 and 5-8 where all the good teams are separated in each district.

Best Small town stadium and atmosphere

I have 2. First one I am being biased but I think Hannibal has a nice stadiums but the most thing about Hannibal is the view from the hill on the eastern side of the football field. Watching the sunset go down and watching football from the hill was a cool experience during Covid times.

But the most underrated football stadium I been too is North County. Nice football field and stadium and that Hannibal/North county game back in 2022 felt like a state championship game.

PS…. Troy has the best Stadium and the best fan atmosphere in the Large town/ School conversation.

“Best” may not be the right word, but Wellington was/is? unique. On one end if you kick an extra point you have to go into a corn field to retrieve it. An extra point on the other end and it rolls down a long steep hill.
And when you're really unlucky, there's a road at the bottom of the hill and the football disappears under a cadillac...

The comeback and spiked hot chocolate that smelled suspiciously like peppermint???
I was at that game. Future K-State starting pitcher Blake McFadden tore it up the first half then (not just weather) Webb did the customary JRod halftime adjustment and took the passing game away. Remember it like yesterday. FROZE MY (BLEEP) OFF especially in the 4th quarter.

In 84 we played a playoff game hosted by Wellington at Wentworth. It was 'brisk' that day. Didn't much care for that stadium.

Think they had flooding. Hadn't allowed a rushing TD all year. We put 4 on them.
