One blowout loss and this could be him.
Yes , yes he is.
How many years until joey stops on the football board?
So manute bol must have a higher BMI than refrigerator Perry. Now you are wrong four times on one thread.
Dare I say that BOTH of you are right? Yes, being taller does naturally give you a higher BMI. But as Toots said, it's based upon height and weight. So while a taller person will have a higher BMI, it's not necessarily a BAD BMI.And you are wrong 5 times in one thread! NICE TRY BOZO!!!!

I hear they also have great track times..................You bullshi**ers trying to make something out of nothing.
Said it before I’ll say it again, nobody is doing anything against that K defense in 4A.
They have at minimum what will be 4 and potentially 5-6 D1 players on a single defense, all grades.
Some ho dunk W burg kid who would be 3rd string at park hill ain’t going to do sht vs those boys.
Stop getting yourself riled up the line is Kearney -34.5 when the starters are in the game.

I was there it was the "perfect storm" plus HVille had #12 the bulldozer who went to K State and won it for them on the ole Maryland triple stack run play. That's because it was an offensively driven team. Then they had a penalty that cost them a TD before the half. They missed a FG. Same in the second half. Missed a TD that was called back on a penalty.
For a while. I guess if they get beat at some point, they can always say they lost 2 all-state players. BUT THEY WON"T! They will go out and prepare and expect to win each game. That comes from the culture of the program.he helped.
combination of great athletes, work very hard and are very well coached.... It is the same as the old California, Osage, Camdenton teams. The head coach has a lot to do with it! Look at Helias for a couple of years. Look at Warsaw without Morrow. JC without Adkins or even LePage. My argument exactly, great athletes!
For me to be a villain, that would mean that someone else in your band of misfits must be a hero. Seeing as there are no heroes in your pathetic group, I will claim the title of "unopposed villain".
Development absolutely plays a role, definitely not what I'm saying. That's what separates the good from really good and the really good from great teams. My main point is that if you don't have the talent, it doesn't matter how good of a coach you are and you can have a pretty dang good team as a not great coach if you have the dudes.I agree with a lot of this to an extent. I do think they have better athletes than most of the conference schools on a yearly basis, but a lot of that comes from development too. They don't play in the same youth league as most of the other conference schools, but other schools go undefeated in 7th and 8th grade and then are below .500 when they are juniors and seniors. I know all kids develop differently so you can't go off of MS necessarily but other schools do have talent, they just lose kids to a lot of different reasons. There are way too many coaches that don't focus on their Freshman and JV so their kids don't develop like they should.
I personally think coaching makes a lot bigger difference than 10%. BO was not more talented than Lutheran North or Cardinal Ritter in years past. They just flat out outcoached those guys. I watched SoBo give Trinity Catholic all they wanted in 18 when they had no business staying within 50 of those guys, but the SoBo staff outcoached Trinity and made it a game. Coach LePage had a great staff when he came back to BO, some of those guys have retired, but he still has a lot of quality assistant coaches and I think that part gets overlooked in football way too much. When Coach Walker was at BO he had a great staff. He brought some former coaches/players from JC with him, also had Coach Duke on staff, who might have Tipton in a title game this year. So they have been very fortunate to have some really good coaches through the years.
As I've stated before, there are so many things that have gone in to the sustained success at BO, but Dr. Jones and Coach Lepage are at the top of that list. IMO if he hadn't left he would probably have 9-10 Titles. There has been one coach that won a title not named LePage, and that was the year after he left the first time.
grew up in a town that could care less about football it was all baseball. moved to Texas and was awakened to a new world. 1100 student high schools building 40 million dollar stadiumsI stopped trying to explain this to people a long time ago. If you haven’t been close to it/ lived it, they will never understand.

Also, this forum already has a villain. @CalvinCandie . Hes a lame villain but still OUR villain. NICE TRY BOZO!!!
I stopped trying to explain this to people a long time ago. If you haven’t been close to it/ lived it, they will never understand.I honestly don't think some get it, all the perennial powers of public schools have not just a good or great HS coach, they have well run youth programs that the community supports. Webb has a community buy in at every age group, Kearney youth program is one of if not the best in the area. Hell KCYFL does scheduling by coach and not by team classification because some youth coaches take B teams and beat A teams with them consistently. Now to look at it the other way you can't have a very successful youth program without a half ass decent HS system and coach because kids need to have someone to look up to and though some don't realize it kids look up to the HS Players and want to be like them. Same for HS coaches kids hear and see good things and want to play for those coaches. JRod being one of the best at it.
JC being a dumpster fire for years and people not wanting to send their kids there has helped too. Before Helias got the big donation that lowered tuition that helped as well. And the fact that BO has continued to be good in academics make it a hot spot that parents want to send their kids.Move ins help.

There are way too many coaches that don't focus on their Freshman and JV so their kids don't develop like they should. Not really a legitimate argument against what he argued. Getting a division one athlete at a Blair Oaks sized school is near impossible. That does not mean that they do not have better athletes than 90% of their competition (which they do). Great coaching is what gets them the other 10%. To say it's because of coaching that they blow out Boonville, for example, is comical. They win by 30 because of the athletes but win by 45 because they are coached better than the other team. It's not the X's and O's, it's the Jimmys and Joes. That's just the reality of it and anyone who says otherwise is kidding themselves.
