They have district lines and are setup as a public system. They do however tell you how to go there openly on their website if you don't live in boundary which all publics can accept kids outside and have a tuition rate so technically playing by the rules.

I assume we are talking football here..... Head Baseball Coach at Southern Boone is the only other person to do it in another sport . Either way its an awesome accomplishment anyway you look at it!!!! Coach Thomas was the first in any sport to do it!!!!
