I do not think its any different than any other transfer. Must show its not for athletic reasons. Which we know there is always gray area in all of these transfer cases. 365 rule would be in place. This is a good question though.

Usually tough for anyone to transfer from a private to another private or public without changes like a move or job loss. Going from public to private seems like a much easier move.

That is certainly a unique case!

It is. They will be loaded with top 2 guards, a Fulton transfer who sat out last year and a 6'7 Ukranian gd that came in.
