Private school camp offerings

From a thread below, I wondered about the camps/clinics they put on last month. Is it legal for private schools to host camps/clinics on their campus for students who are currently attending public schools grades 8–12? Are there any restrictions on that being recruiting or influence? Are there restrictions or guidelines for camps? Assume some of section 3 in the handbook apply? Any administrator's on here that would have an idea? Generally just curious
