I wondered if that was a Juco. I thought we might see him back in this area. I'm guessing the pay is likely better down there than either local landing spot. Word is Haier more than doubled his pay and benefits at Trinity Valley in TX. MAC or 3R don't have those kind of resources.

They do not take out taxes for retirement pay in florida from what I hear

True, they don't. 3R has high level facilities, but they can't compete with most of the Texas and Florida jucos for salary.(or weather)....There is the cost of living element, but it doesn't make up for the disparity.
