DII shouldnt start clock

If this is successful (NCAA seems to do nothing but lose, in court, anymore) we are going to possibly have some really older players over the next few years

I thought that would end after the extra covid years all worked out... But think about it.. A player could go to JUCO and not start their clock (after the last lawsuit) Move to a DII school and not start their clock and finally as a 21 or 22 year old get to a D1 school and start their college football playing career.

Yes I know this is a crazy example... But, WOW....

I still don't understand where this country went wrong. Courts were supposed to uphold law and not give opinion. Ncaa eligibility has no laws on the books they are a private entity with private rules and the courts are telling them how to operate. This is insane.

Someone needs to wake up folks at places like NCAA and MSHSAA. They clearly can't 'govern' themselves.
