DII shouldnt start clock

If this is successful (NCAA seems to do nothing but lose, in court, anymore) we are going to possibly have some really older players over the next few years

I thought that would end after the extra covid years all worked out... But think about it.. A player could go to JUCO and not start their clock (after the last lawsuit) Move to a DII school and not start their clock and finally as a 21 or 22 year old get to a D1 school and start their college football playing career.

Yes I know this is a crazy example... But, WOW....
