Honestly that’s not a weapon at all. They are in scrap piles all over the world. It’s the tube that contains any of a number of variants of shoulder fired missiles. Once the weapon is fired you throw the tube away because it’s worthless. Kind of like a toothpaste tube after you have squeezed everything out.

Dont really know why TSA was concerned about it since it’s completely harmless.
