I guess Missouri schools could play 6-man, but the road trips to Texas, North Dakota, or Wyoming could be rough, plus the fact you'd be playing one of those little Texas towns that is most likely very rabid about the gridiron and no telling what else, which is one reason they are still fielding whatever team they can. Of course, that seems like a crime to be that crazy about football in Missouri. "If you can't play 11-man, go fall baseball!"

Nebraska has 6-man, too. I'm old enough to remember when the old Platte Valley Conference here in NWMO, along with Pattonsburg (I'm really sure) played 6-man.
