yes they did...but at least they PLAYED.. did not cancel 3 days before the game.

PH is down to 12 healthy players. kinda surprised they got to the final game..

Sounds like with their numbers and Lockwood playing 8 man in JH perhaps the new conference should consider an 8 man division.

Why? Jr high is just two grades and high school is 4. Lockwood continues to have 22-27 kids every year. Pleasant Hope is the 1 exception in the conference. Everyone else has plenty of kids for 11 man football. Some of the WEMO schools that went 8 man have enough kids to play 11 man but just choose not to. They would rather play 8 man. Appleton City according to MSHSAA has 27 kids. You and Fbfan23 can try to bash our conference all you want but we are just trying to survive the dwindling number of kids out and trying to stay at 11 man.

Not bashing the conference at all. Just bashing the lame excuses given on here the last couple years.
Lockwood doesn’t have 22-27 players. Lockwood combines with Golden City and also gets several out of district kids to make 22-27 players

Lockwood and Miller are the 2 smallest schools in the conference.. PH is above 200 kids. they just need some help getting kids out.. i really think they can hopefully in a couple of years.. at anyway you got to give the something for committing to 11 man football with only 15 to 18 kids out...that is something others can't with more players...

i would say they won't.. due to they had opportunity to do it the last 2 years and i think their enrollment will not let them..

Veer is just pushing to get southwest conference teams to go 8-man so Adrian can have a home.

I'm not sure about Adrian's future plans but my guess would be they keep playing up and don't want to kill their SOS.

Miller started out with 8 and 4 quit before getting out of 2 a days.. all 8 had played since 3rd grade and look for them to join next year a stay with it.. Miller will not go 8 man...
Miller has great numbers in JH and down in the Grades as well..they have programs that go down to 1st grade with good numbers (20 to 25)
and as you have witnessed they have had 0 fer seasons and keep doing 11 man...again Miller will not go 8 man....
