Per MSHSAA Webb at Camdenton is Friday night at 7 PM. Same for Grain Valley at Platte County. Will this be Friday night or Saturday afternoon?
Agreed to by the participants. In some years you have shared facilities to consider. They must of changed it. Last night it said it would be Saturday. I thought all quarters are usually Saturday afternoon.
No they are scheduled per agreement between the two participating schools. Most will opt for Saturday, though. They must of changed it. Last night it said it would be Saturday. I thought all quarters are usually Saturday afternoon.
John said last night they would be announcing today if the game would be Friday or Saturday afternoon. Should find me out in a bitMore like south to Camdenton then the 30 minutes to your game.
Game will be next FRIDAY NIGHT!!!!!!!hopefully Friday....havent visited since the joplin clash.
Ozone says Friday night.Game will be next Saturday afternoon at Camdenton

Well the young lady who is bartender at Flag City says Saturday Afternoon. If she is wrong we will blame Willy and demand a free beerOzone says Friday night.
So ...game is definitely Friday ...good news for me because I won't have to take off work . On to the next order of business. Who wins and why ?
Should be a very entertaining game. Webb are the favorites as they're a better overall team this year and healthier than they were at this time last year. However, if Delaurent can elude the Cardinals d-line like he did last year then Camdenton will have some chances.
Pretty much all of us lol. except for the kids obviously. It should be entertaining, if I remember right they pass for almost 380 yards a game and rush for less than 100??
I wonder how many people in Camdenton understand where “Purple Haze” came from???
The other side of the ball would concern me were I a Lakers fan. This plays right into what we all know Webb does best.................long sustained drives salting clock and keeping the other offense and its star QB on the sideline. Will simply come down to turnovers.Should be a very entertaining game. Webb are the favorites as they're a better overall team this year and healthier than they were at this time last year. I'm pumped for this one, what do you guys think is the over/under for amount of people there? The other side of the ball would concern me were I a Lakers fan. I have been disappointed in the number of people at the last few Webb games both home and on the road. Not really that long of a drive to Camdenton but a lot of people can’t just take off early to head to a game.Hopefully Cardinal Nation will be up to hit the road.I'm pumped for this one, what do you guys think is the over/under for amount of people there?

Wish I could attend but will have to settle for the webcast Friday evening. I sure hope you are right about this being a great game..................the atmosphere will be incredible...............Don't think I am comparing Lebanon to Webb City but Lebanon was running that flex bone pretty well and averaging about 40 per game (admittedly in a week Ozark conference) but they lost to West Plains by a point and lost twice to Camdenton and only managed to score 7 points in 8 quarters against them. Something tells me that, despite the vaunted split back veer, WC better be able to move the ball through the air and/or their D will have to stand stout all night. I expect a helluva game either way.
They held us to 230 yards rushing last year,,,,Henderson already had 130 before he busted an ankle. Camdenton still has the same stadium they just got new turf last year I believe. So yes, they have a pretty good sized visitor set of bleachersI have been disappointed in the number of people at the last few Webb games both home and on the road. Does the new Stadium have visitors side bleachers???
I would think that with the history and after the game last year that anyone who owns something purple will be at the game.
The Defacto State Championship game for Class 4. #1 vs. #2.
Yeah, I hate that this happens every year. Unfortunately it doesn't make any logistical sense to seed all 64 teams. It gets old having this happen in the quarterfinals. Same thing happens in wrestling, but that's a topic for another thread and another dayThe Defacto State Championship game for Class 4. #1 vs. #2.
Last time we were up there was like 2004, have they built a new stadium since then??Camdenton still has the same stadium they just got new turf last year I believe. So yes, they have a pretty good sized visitor set of bleachers
And the other half? Not intended. Its just fact. Webb is the best team in the state.
Ohhhh, same stadium but they definitely have visitor bleachersLast time we were up there was like 2004, have they built a new stadium since then??
Calling for chance of rain Thursday and Friday. I remember games up there with rain and fog so bad you couldn’t see the other side of the field to tell if there were bleachersOhhhh, same stadium but they definitely have visitor bleachers

I was only 12 in 2004 and obviously never sat on visitor side![]()

Yea it was a tad wet that night. Weather is the great equalizer1992: 14-13. Absolute deluge.
Maybe it makes sense to seed the district champions to mix up the path to Columbia a bit more. This would be an awesome matchup for COMO on the 6thYeah, I hate that this happens every year. Quarterback keeper with a big push over the left side sealed the deal in that one. Great matchup then and now. Looking forward to this latest installment on FridayYea it was a tad wet that night. Weather is the great equalizer
I think Grant scored both TD’s for Webb??
