I'm guessing they don't wanna send Ray Pec back to KC where they will get home at midnight and back on a bus to Nixa at 8 am . This game should have been rescheduled at noon today . They rolled the dice and lost

Reminds me of Webb City several years ago. Played at Rockhurst week two . Game starts on time . Rock up 14-0 in the first qtr . 2 hour rain delay ....Webb wins 42-14 after midnight . Next week Webb hosts Springdale Har-Ber ....no rain but many lightning delays game starts just before 10 pm ...gets over at almost 1 am

This is really f'd up all around the state. Fort has maybe 1/3 of the typical attendance. Why wouldn't MSHSAA reschedule everything for tomorrow and make more money (which is what they care about)? Instead you have people sitting in 40 degree rain for three hours or driving in thunderstorms across the state.
Looking at photos on Twitter appears their are very few fans at Nixa as well although the student section looks strong!
