Message Boards
Subscriber-only message boards are included in many Premium Ticket subscriptions. The accepted standards of conduct in these communities, as well as our other message board communities, are determined by the publishing partner of any given site. Subscribers and registered users agree that Rivals and its publishing partners have the right to enforce these standards, including deletion of posts, blacklisting/banning users, or removing access to premium message boards with no refund to the Subscriber. By subscribing, registering or using the sites, you agree that Rivals and or the publisher(s) and board moderators of the sites have the right, in addition to other rights, to delete your posts or blacklist you or any other user at any time, if they believe that action is in the best interest of the sites, for whatever reason, and the reason need not be disclosed.

The common reason on this board seems to be "the poster is conservative".

Who has gotten Banned? Now this is just my opinion but I've not read any post that is overtly demeaning, threatening or vile. Sure some heated debates and disagreements but nothing that seems banned worthy. I haven't read all threads though, full disclosure.

I've never really gotten the whole Banning thing from message boards unless threats and overly vulgar language is used.

I understand that boards like this have the right to remove posters, but it's bad form unless something sinister is going on.

Our Freedom of expression is one of the most fundamental of our rights. If that is taken away soon other rights tend to fall because civil discourse and speaking out are squelched and punished. Ideas and different view points are not shared and people begin living in a echo chamber.

Weird times we are living in. Back in my day the going mantra was that Conservatives where the Bastion of censorship and control. Now it's the Socialist left who use the Guise of Tolerance to say a person shouldn't be allowed to question a religion, lifestyle choice, moral or ethics of anyone because that is now hate speech.

While this might seem to be a good policy it's a slippery slope, when we allow the concrete right to express ourselves to be limited no matter whether it is a unpopular or unfriendly opinion based on arbitrary decisions. This clearly leads to limitations that can and will lead to all manner of Restrictions based on the whims and fluid mores of the current times.

I find it weird that these sites acknowledge they don't need to give a reason either? You'd at least think they'd inform a person of what infraction they performed and what guideline they broke. To me that is beyond the pale of bad manners and common human decency. I understand they don't have to but why they would feel they shouldn't is illogical.

Good call. The one that hollers the most is usually the one.

The one who hollers the most?

Interesting take...pray tell, who starts the majority of threads on this board?

Hint, Duck started just under half of all the threads on the first page of this board. 17/40. So...who hollers the most?

Twist it just like your blow boy fat donnie. We weren't talking about who starts the most threads. We were taking about who is making the biggest issue about Terms of Service. That would be you're whining loud mouth. Grow up and feed sentry a bone he likes everything you post. I'm almost embarrassed for you.

Mods are being inconsistent in their banning practices.

Duck cusses and belittles others CONSTANTLY, he called that MAGA hat guy the dreaded "d-word" that has gotten several people banned, yet no ban for Duck.

If liberals were being banned arbitrarily you'd have something to say about it.
