I was wondering what MSHSAA will do on spring sports. Realize this is football forum, but any thoughts.
Don't know about fall but a lot of pools won't open and a lot of summer __________ball won't happen. JMONo insider info here, but I have to think spring sports are history. Does anybody think this will spill over into fall sports?
Man, that whole pool thing has me depressed. I live for that with the kiddos in the summer.Don't know about fall but a lot of pools won't open and a lot of summer __________ball won't happen. JMO

They aren’t the sharpest knives in the drawer. You’re, at the moment, nearly into May before most are back to school (as it is now, I don’t think that will happen). Then you still have the issue of practices to get to 14. Or if it’s even safe to count the practices prior to the long layoff. Then you’ve got to play some games prior to a district tournament. Then you’ve got to squeeze in the entire playoffs. Around potential weather problems. But hey, MSHSAA, you bet...it’s still possible.
I'm afraid you're right on all counts. They are saying NY will hit its peak in 3 weeks. We are behind them. So say 3 weeks after they hit their peak we hit ours. Now you still got the time after for things to settle down. Then the doctor I listened to said it would flare up again for a while because of people relaxing. You think there will be spring sports? You better wonder if we will have fall sports.
I didn't say I believe them, he'll I don't believe my own president and Congress. It could be a thing or not a thing, like spring sports.
They're communists. That's all you need to know.I'm not intimate with China.
They could shorten up the track season to just sectionals and finals over the last 2 weeks of May.
Has anyone on Mosports got the virus or know anyone who has it? Barry County just reported it's first case this week.
Because 99.99% have not been tested. On the bright side...99.99% of Missourians have not tested positive for covid-19.
No PHI or PII needed but do you know their ages and if they had any underlying or preexisting conditions? There seems to some ambiguity in the data for the risk groupsI personally know 3 people hospitalized with it.
Those ages are what gives the ambiguity in the data for risk groups. Anyone can get this virus but a healthy 16 or even 45 year old requiring hospitalization? That isnt adding up.All 3 male. Ages guessed at 16, 45 and 58. Not verifiable right now.
I really don’t feel comfortable sharing anything else right now.
