However this is what I don't understand, if the house has all the evidence they need and say that it proves the president is guilty, why do they want more to be introduced in the Senate hearing and question more people? I listened to as much I could take of Schiffs arguments. His argument is remarkable even for a lawyer.
1. Due Process is obstruction and abuse of power.
2. You can convict someone for their perceived intention. Secret intentions.
3. We can't depend on elections to decide who is president. (he is on depending stupidity to believe him)
4. He misquoted Mulvaney
5. His defense against Biden's corruption should be that Biden is not corrupt, but he doesn't want this. He's counting on uninformed, uneducated, and 50 years of public education to sway the swing voters left.

The court ruled the WH had to release with redactions and it's been a treasure trove of previously unseen emails and such.

Because the pubs ain't gonna convict unless public opinion changes. He tells Trump she is the way of their plans in Ukraine and Trump tells him to get rid her, take her out. He was not talking to person in a position to fire her, he was telling a guy that is NOT in government to take her out. Who knows what the meant but it sounds like what Trump said to others later that she was going to go through some things. Pretty much sounds like a call for a mob hit to me.

This all happened on April 30th, 2018. She was removed from the ambassador to Ukraine on May 20th, 2019. Over a year later for a mob hit? Makes sense.
