Richland in Richland, MO Girls Varsity Basketball coaching job open again

Richland has had 4 Girls Varsity Basketball coaches since 2018-2019. They are now looking for their 5th Girls coach since 2018-2019. I’m going to say if you want to be a Varsity Coach then don’t apply there.

Well, technically, the old coach could have stayed and moved up to administration or just teaching!

Constant turnover like that is a red flag. Whether it's administrative issues, lack of support, or something else, it's not a stable job. Any coach considering it should think twice.
