Evidently getting two unsportsmanlike and punting a ball into the stands are not things he needs to change. The dude is good, but not good enough to deal with this nonsense. I think Coach Tomlin is right. Pickens is good but that good. If Pickens doesn't grow up, he might very well end up costing us a game. When you're in the hunt for the number 1 seed, EVERY GAME matters! Pickens wont be in Pittsburgh beyond his rookie deal
