People Voting for inflation

Given a choice people are going to vote to increase their wages, however the biggest complaint was inflation, increasing wages will only increase inflation and those on the lower end will again have reduce purchasing power.
Also we voted to include paid sick leave, I wont argue that large corporation should probable be including this. However you local mom and pop shop who themselves cannot afford to take off will now be required to give it to their employees...to me how can that be fair?
Also most of the money backing this amendment came from out of state donors.

Most voters are ignorant.

They loved the trump (and biden) gimmedats that triggered our massive inflation but rail against the consequence.

And politicians who opposed those props were elected. We remember how they like to do what the state votes for, like the expansion of Medicaid.
