Odessa is a very impressive football team. They beat a Boonville team that took Blair Oaks into the third quarter only down 4. That boonville team wasn’t a push over, they were a pretty good ball club all year and lost a few close games.

I agree Boonville is a pretty good team, but Blair Oaks is a a lot better football team right now than they were week 3. I wouldn't read into that score too much, as Blair Oaks later on turbo clocked two teams that beat Boonville.

And I'm loving this Odessa team! Great dline and oline! The win against Boonville was nice. My biggest concern were the teams Odessa has faced. Warrensburg and Harrisonville had been the toughest tests until Boonville. The MRVC just isnt the gauntlet it used to be.

I wouldn't worry too much Shoot, Odessa is a really good team and I would be really surprised if they're not playing for the state title this year.

After watching both teams this year I really do think Odessa has the advantage because of there o and d lines. Blair Oaks line play on both sides looks a little soft, but I definitely could be wrong.

Yeah true, but Blair Oaks has a really tough road to get there if they were to get there. Blair Oaks has to really focus on one game at a time, or they very well may not be facing Odessa in the title game.
Trinity Catholic is a dangerous team no matter the issues they've had this year, and either Seneca or Cassville is going to be a really tough out. Those SWMO teams come to play in the playoffs.

Yea Odessa beat Oak Grove 42-10 and Blair Oaks beat them 44-21, I’m sure Blair Oaks fan would like to argue it was early in the season, but you can argue the same for the Oak Grove.

Just think Blair Oaks offense on the young and inexperienced side.

In the Blair Oak-Maryville game BO jumped out to big lead in 1st qtr but after Maryville adjusted their defense to the 5 wide receiver offense BO didnt score last 3 qtrs of game.

I still think a quarter hosting Savannah may not be the blowout some believe. Could be quite the shootout...............

I know I said this before but odessas only common opponent with Savannah and Boonville before the playoffs was pleasant hill and that was a blowout for Odessa and a tight one for Boonville and Savannah

Savannah is a good team. They are pretty one dimensional. seem to run the same play over and over. They have a blazing fast kid and they try to get him around the corner. They can usually get away with it because of superior talent.

Problem fore them is they won't have superior talent against Odessa
