Well boy, start making calls to the booster clubs. I’m sure there’s plenty of secret meetings going on planning out the future of the coaching staff. Bosko can fill you in on how that works. Boosters + school board + AD+ unmet expectations = Out on ya ass.

Your either being fired or going to get fired. This occupation doesn't have alot of scenarios. The next common is leave to move up the chain. Not common to start and stay forever. In most cases you piss off someone and they think they know better and run you out.
An old coach told me you aren't even a real coach until you have been fired at least once.
Very complex but ANCIENT HISTORY deal. I called for his dismissal way back in 2017 over a freaking playoff loss and got very appropriately called out for doing so by one of our posters and have told him privately how thankful I am for being set straight. All I want is the best for Gray hope he gets things turned around in a very tough place to do so.............

I've never called out coaches for a hot seat. That is YOUR THING as Bokso would say. Why a program is failing? Not my thing either. I've defended coaches on here that didn't maybe deserve defending. That is for boosters, parents, school boards, and ADs to figure out. You've called out the Smithville coach. I think that is ridiculous. That was a fine team they had on the field last year.
