Monroe City plays South Shelby Friday so one top 10 will lose. Prolly Monroe from what Ive seen from South Shelby. Monroe struggled with Highland

Yeah, they have a stud ATHELETE guy, and have a weak conference to beat up on. But I don’t see much to be upset about with them not being ranked. Also, not saying Fanatic is mad about it or anything either.

Rankings should be about who is really in the top 10 of the state, not just who has the best records, otherwise the top 10 means nothing. No reason to put them in there yet

This year seems off to me. Not sure many of the class 1 schools in 2 belong as high as they do. But could be wrong. EB is the only worthy for certainty imo of being in the top 10. How BG isn’t higher is beyond me.

In class 2 I'd slide valle and BG way up for sure.

Now that I do agree with. I just don't see anyone in the top 10 that I would remove to put Fair Grove or anyone else in. We will see how the season plays out but it will take more then 1 athlete and a good record to advance in the playoff for class 2

Yeah my armchair rankings are valley at 2 and BG at 3. EB can fight out for 4-5. Probably 5. LC looks as of now to have figured a few things out.

Really? Ok. It seemed from the game I checked out they looked to have been solid. But I thought from watching the summer camp at Lamar they went to, they looked down personally. Thought things might’ve improved since then.

The problem there is the whole rest of the MRVC East seems down (still very puzzled how Clinton beat Holden last week). Not sure the Huskers will again (Warsaw seems to have pushed them last week) be tested until District time comes.

They got 'Joey'd' early in the game from what I heard.

That's tough for class 2 schools.
