One of the reasons I was glad LN beat Trinity (aside from just liking LN more) was the fact that it gave Lamar the opportunity to put that feather in their cap in addition to the Trinity feather (from last year...)

Time for Lamar to host CBC in non conference play (kidding, kidding! Not from Lamar, so don’t hate )

Word on the street is the p.a. announcer was introducing the teams pre-game and announced the Crusaders as the LONGHORNS... ....Even the announcer was recruited!

The announcer also said, after a good run in the 3rd quarter, "that is a new running back for the Crusaders". He didn't know who he was. He must have been one of the new recruits.
